FLAT CUTLERY: Our story started in 1993, when we established our first workshop with a simple but clear vision — to create stainless steel flatware that combines quality craftsmanship, elegant design, and long-lasting durability.
At that time, we were a small manufacturing workshop focused on learning, improving, and building a strong foundation. Every product was made with attention to detail, and every customer relationship was valued as an important step toward growth.
Reporter: Many successful manufacturers have a humble beginning. What was the biggest milestone during the early years?
FLAT CUTLERY: A major turning point came in 2005, when we expanded our hardware production line. This allowed us to strengthen our manufacturing capabilities, improve production efficiency, and develop a wider range of stainless steel flatware products.
This expansion was not only about increasing capacity — it was about preparing ourselves to become a more reliable partner for international customers.
Reporter: When did FLAT CUTLERY start working with global customers and providing customized solutions?
FLAT CUTLERY: In 2011, we officially started focusing on OEM and ODM customization. We understood that different markets, brands, and customers have unique requirements.
From product design and finishes to packaging and specifications, we began offering complete customization solutions to help customers create products that match their target markets.
Reporter: How has FLAT CUTLERY developed its international presence?
FLAT CUTLERY: By 2017, our products had reached customers in more than 50 countries. Through continuous improvement in quality control, product development, and customer service, we gradually built long-term partnerships around the world.
Today, we proudly serve customers in over 100 countries, providing flatware solutions for hospitality, retail, gifting, and OEM projects.
Reporter: In 2020, the company reached another important stage with the expansion of the new factory. What did this represent?
FLAT CUTLERY: The new factory expansion in 2020 represented a new chapter for our brand. It allowed us to enhance production capabilities, improve manufacturing processes, and continue developing the “Flat Cutlery” brand.
Our goal has always been to combine traditional manufacturing experience with modern technology and innovative design.
Reporter: What does the future look like for FLAT CUTLERY?
FLAT CUTLERY: Starting from 2025 and beyond, we will continue focusing on innovation, global growth, and providing better solutions for our customers.
The flatware industry is constantly changing. Customers are looking for products that are not only functional but also reflect lifestyle trends, market preferences, and brand identity.
We will continue investing in product development, quality management, and customized services to become a trusted global flatware partner.
Reporter: After more than 30 years of development, what is the core belief that has guided FLAT CUTLERY?
